Silphoda (Pashanbhed) is an herb used in Ayurveda. Silphoda literally means stone-breaking, and this is its primary property. Silphoda is primarily used in the treatment of kidney stones. 1- Silphoda Treats Eye Diseases: Silphoda is also very useful in treating eye diseases. For this, grind Silphoda leaves and apply them around the eyes. This provides relief from Abhishyand (burning and watering of the eyes).
2- Silphoda Relieves Earache: If you suffer from earache, you can use Silphoda to get relief from the pain. For this, put one or two drops of Silphoda leaf juice in the ear, it provides immediate relief from the pain.
3- Silphoda Relieves Gallstones: Take Silphoda and grind it. Drinking the ground root with fresh water helps in treating gallstones (Pittashmari).
4- Using Silphoda to Treat Cough: If you suffer from a cough, use Silphoda. For coughs, take 1-2 grams of Silphoda root powder and consume it with honey. Consuming it provides relief from coughs and lung-related ailments.
5- Silphoda Treats Mouth Ulcers: If you have mouth ulcers, chew fresh Silphoda roots and leaves. This helps heal them quickly.

सिलफोडा के फायदे और उपयोग: सिलफोडाका उपयोग मुख्य रूप से पथरी के इलाज में किया जाता है लेकिन विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यह कई अन्य बीमारियों के इलाज में भी सहायक है। आइए जानते हैं
1- सिलफोडा आंखों के रोगों का उपचार करता है: सिलफोडा आंखों के रोगों के उपचार में भी बहुत उपयोगी है। इसके लिए सिलफोडा के पत्तों को पीसकर आंखों के चारों ओर लगाएं। इससे अभिष्यंद (आंखों में जलन और पानी आना) में आराम मिलता है।
2- सिलफोडा कान के दर्द से राहत देता है यदि आप कान के दर्द से पीड़ित हैं, तो सिलफोडा का उपयोग करके आप दर्द से राहत पा सकते हैं। इसके लिए सिलफोडा के पत्तों के रस की एक या दो बूंदें कान में डालें, इससे दर्द में तुरंत आराम मिलता है।
3- सिलफोडा पथरी की समस्या दूर करता है: इसके लिए सिलफोडा लें और उसे पीस लें। पिसी हुई जड़ को ताजे पानी के साथ पीने से पित्ताशय की पथरी (पित्तश्मरी) के उपचार में मदद मिलती है।
4- खांसी के इलाज में सिलफोडा का उपयोग: यदि आप खांसी से पीड़ित हैं, तो सिलफोडा का उपयोग करें। खांसी के लिए, 1-2 ग्राम सिलफोडा की जड़ का पाउडर लें और इसे शहद के साथ खाएं। इसके सेवन से खांसी और फेफड़ों से संबंधित बीमारियों में आराम मिलता है।
5- सिलफोडा मुंह के छालों को ठीक करता है: अगर आपको मुंह के छाले हैं, तो सिलफोडा की ताजी जड़ों और पत्तियों को चबाएं। इससे मुंह के छाले जल्दी ठीक हो जाते हैं।
सिलफोडा का उपयोग कैसे करें: 3-6 ग्राम सिलफोडा चूर्ण और 50-100 मिलीलीटर काढ़ा का उपयोग करना चाहिए। यदि आप इसे किसी गंभीर बीमारी के घरेलू उपचार के रूप में उपयोग करना चाहते हैं, तो आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक से परामर्श लें।
