Naturally Grown Pahadi Sabzi

The Pahari Radish (Mooli) is a radish native to Uttarakhand and the Himalayan region. It is round, often pink or red in color, distinct from the common long radish. It is known for its sweet taste and unique aroma. It is rich in fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and iron, and is used in many nutritious hill dishes such as ‘Thichwani’ and ‘Jholi’.पहाड़ी मूली उत्तराखंड और हिमालयी क्षेत्रों की खास मूली है, जो गोल, अक्सर गुलाबी या लाल रंग की होती है, सामान्य लंबी मूली से अलग, और अपने मीठे स्वाद व अनूठी खुशबू के लिए जानी जाती है, जो फाइबर, विटामिन सी, पोटेशियम और आयरन से भरपूर होती है और ‘थिचवानी’, ‘झोली’ जैसी कई विकसित पहाड़ी व्यंजनों में इस्तेमाल होती है।
