Pahadi Chyura is a type of traditional mountain food dish made from mountain rice, which is very popular among the people of the hills. Preparations for making it begin 4-5 days in advance. For this, the people of the hills soak the mountain rice in a pot of water a few days beforehand, and then after a few days, it is roasted in a hot pan over a fire and pounded in a mortar and pestle. This is a traditional dish of Uttarakhand, which is very much loved by its people. पहाड़ी च्यूड़ा आम तौर पर पहाड़ी धान से बनाई जाने वाली एक प्रकार की पहाड़ी खाने की डिश है जिसको पहाड़ी लोग खाने में बहुत पसंद करते हैं। इसको बनाने के लिए पहाड़ में 4, 5 दिन पहले से तैयारी हो जाती है। इसके लिए पहाड़ी लोग पहाड़ी धान को कुछ दिनों पहले ही एक बर्तन में पानी डालके भीगा देते हैं और फिर उसको कुछ दिनों के बाद आग में गरम कढ़ाई में भुनकर ओखल में कूट तैयार किया जाता है। ये उत्तराखंड की एक पारंपरिक डिश है। जिनके लोग बहुत पसंद करते हैं।
